Changes:

• Revised old gameplay loop: whenever a player accesses hard mode, they will no have 3 chances to beat it rather than 1. 

Note: Conditional chance to give access hardmode despite losing still exists

• Added lives UI element
• Added chance to keep your last remaining extra life on death
• Replaced ESC with ENTER as the primary UI accept key
